2. Photos to PDF Paid Features

Some features require a one-time purchase or active subscription. All transactions are processed through Apple’s App Store, and any refunds or billing inquiries must be directed to Apple.

3. Prohibited Uses

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app
• Circumvent any access or usage restrictions
• Use any part of the app for commercial redistribution or resale
• Copy or extract copyrighted artwork for commercial purposes

4. No User Accounts

Photos to PDF does not require or maintain user accounts. No personal information such as names or emails is stored by the app.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Photos to PDF is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee continuous access, updates, or compatibility with all devices or operating systems.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer of Photos to PDF be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the app.
